Winter Hikes

Various hikes I’ve done that weren’t on specific trails.

1. “North Kettle Moraine 090119” was to shelter #3 and back along the Ice Age Trail and Butler Lake Loop. It was in the negatives so my gps was a bit jumpy during the hike. There were no human tracks in the snow most of the time.

2. “ACTIVE LOG112136” was from the Parnell Tower parking lot, part way around the loop, bushwacking through trees and field to the ice age trail, North to shelter #5, then back down ice age trail to shelter #4, and completion of the loop back to the parking lot.
